Replaced faulty KEPCO power supply in the CER Mezzanine.  This supply provides power for the +18V rail in ISC-R4.  The fan in the power supply was starting to chirp meaning the ball bearing in the fan was going out, so it was near failure.  We turned off the sequencer on ISC-R4, replaced the supply, verified voltages, and turned the sequencer back on.  All lights are green.
