SHIFT SUMMARY: Still unlocked from SEIB3 computer crash. Now looking better. Wind high.

• 02:50 SEIB3 computer crashed, (we stayed in observing!)
• 02:56 Dave remotely took it out of the Dolphin network.

  • Lots of the IFO didn't realize it was unlocked yet so we turned LSC controls off.
• 03:11 SEIB3 is back online (computer restarted)
• 03:20 Untripped ITMX watchdogs (HEPI and ISI 1 & 2)
  • First requested the DAMPED STATE, making sure everything was okay before requesting FULLY_ISOLATED
• 03:24 SEI_CONF changed to RECOVER_SC before back to WINDY (this was done as requested by a user message)
• 03:40 Manually opened green shutters
  • Interesting that PREP_FOR_LOCKING doesn't check that these are closed.
• 03:46 in LOCKING_ARMS_GREEN, WFS did opposite of expected and made ALS worse! Had to restore offsets a few times.
• 04:29 Started Inital Alignment
• 05:21  Stalled in ALIGN_IFO AQUIRE_PRX. Called Jenne, realized we had left the LSC control filter bank off.
• 05:26 Skipped INITIAL ALIGN from step OFFLOADEDING_MICH_BRIGHT to SRC_ALIGNING as got stuck.
• 05:31 Initial Complete
• 08:04 Leaving IFO with TJ after 14 locklosses finally looking like it's about to lock. Wind still at 20-30mph.
