Shift Transition - Owl

TITLE: 12/01 Owl Shift: 08:00-16:00 UTC (00:00-08:00 PST), all times posted in UTC
STATE of H1: Lock Acquisition
OUTGOING OPERATOR: Patrick
CURRENT ENVIRONMENT:
    SEI_CONF state: WINDY
    Wind: 9mph Gusts, 7mph 5min avg
    Primary useism: 0.05 μm/s
    Secondary useism: 0.75 μm/s
QUICK SUMMARY:

Microseism is a bit ridiculous hovering around 1um/s by the looks of the BLRMS
Patrick's latest attempt at re-lock failed at the usual CARM_OFFSET_REDUCTION
ALSY looks pretty bad so I'm going to make 1 more attempt to salvage th existing alignment under these shaky conditions
- if my attempt fails I'll do Initial Alignment

08:57 Y-ARM LOCKED in GREEN

So:

08:37 set SEI_CONF to USEISM_WINDY (wind was just above 10mph and uSei is still on the rise
- this got me a littl more stability for TEM00 flash alignment
08:47 set SEI_CONF to USEISM
- got much better stability and was able to get 00 flashes and mini locks within WFS thresholds
ETMY:
- PIT - 157.8 → 158.2
- YAW - -136.9 → -136.7
TMSY
- PIT - 102.9 → 102.8
- YAW -266.1 → -265

Y arm still having trouble. It's locking on TEM00 but at a lower power now. Moving to Initial Alignment
