we visited EX and EY to confirm the ethernet cabling of the managment ports to the SEI and SUSAUX front end computers.

I updated nuc24 FOM:
- now using new reservation system
- replaced Buildups 40min StripTool with ndscope equivalent (based on Jenne's yaml)
