I installed version2.0 of lock_loss_alert today. The new features are:

• User's alert window now has an ALWAYS button, which supercedes the window start-stop times
• System is a 3-state machine
• IFO Locked but not in OBSERVE is the new state
• Users can be alerted if H1 has not been in OBSERVE mode for a certain time period
• Lock-loss and observe-loss alert times are separate

The new OBSERVE alerts are to support remote IFO operations (e.g. operator delay due to bad weather) and to alert of commissioning activities.
