H1 lost lock, and relocked with the old ETMY violin mode damping gains, which, after 10 hours, were ringing up modes 18 and 20.

I currently have the ETMY violin mode gains to these values:

• mode 11: was 150, now 50
• mode 12, was 2, now 0.5
• mode 18, was 0, now -10
• mode 20, was 1.0, now 0.5
• these gains have been stable for around an hour

I changed lscparams to use the above gains if H1 loses lock

• in lscparams
  • mode 11: was 150, now 50
  • mode 12, was 2, now 0.5
  • mode 18, was 0, now 10, plus I engaged the filter FM6, which flips the sign
    • this combination matches the -10 gain I'm using in the current lock
  • mode 20, was 1.0, now 0.5
• violin guardian reload needed, if H1 loses lock
