SHIFT SUMMARY:

H1's been locked for 48.5+hrs.  

Odd shift with a couple of mysteries:  (1) SEI_CONF transitioned to EARTHQUAKE, and (2) Dropped from OBSERVING for unknown reason.

Had wind up around 12-14mph for good part of shift, but it loooks like it could be calming down.

• 16:45-17:00 TCS Chiller check. (Corey)
• 17:08 Incoming EQ alarm (5.3 near Fiji/Samoa) w/ R-wave arrival ETA of 17:30utc (Seismon rates this as small & barely in the "earthquake" regime, but will monitor).

  • 18:09 Transitioned back to WINDY (by me)
• 18:54 VAC alarm for the EX solar-powered ion pump and it cleared at same time, too (probably related to known solar charging status).
• 19:05 GRB Short alert received, notified LLO/Virgo, confirmed it's real, went to put INJ_TRANS into INJECT KILL, but it was already there (will stand down until ~19:21 & go back to INJECT SUCCESS.
• 19:34 Spare PSL chiller check for Jeff B (he was my phone buddy when I did check).
• 21:31 Intent Bit went to COMMISSIONING mysteriously & the "Not Ready" state.  (alog)
