SEI_CONFIG to EARTHQUAKE

06:42UTC got a couple of  verbal alerts for a mag 6+ EQ from th Guam area. I switched H1 SEI_CONF to EARTHQUAKE. Seismon says it's still about 38 minutes out (R3.5).
