Relocked after Vancouver Island Aftershock
Lost lock at 23:45 (15:45) after a mag 4.9 EQ near Vancouver Island. The IFO was relocked at 01:19 (17:19) without operator intervention. Lost lock twice at INCREASE_POWER. The third time through, made it to NLN and back in Observing.
