State of H1: Unlocked – Recovering from Canadian earthquake

Shift Summary: IFO lost lock due to a mag6.3 earthquake near Port Hardy CA before any warning was received. All ISIs, and several HEPI and SUS WDs tripped. Went to VERY_LARGE_EQ and reset all the Watchdogs. After seismic settled down went back to WINDY and tried relocking. Could not get IR COMM to lock. After a lengthy Initial Alignment (stuck at INPUT_ALING_OFFLOAD) and calling Keita, the Alignment completed. Trying to relock at this time.

03:41 (19:41) Get EQ notice on Verbal Alarms.

                       All ISI, and some HEPI and SUS WD Trips

03:44 (19:44) Put SEI_CONF to LARGE_EARTHQUAKE to reset tripped WD

05:00 (21:00) Reset SEI_CONF back to WINDY as EQ rings down

06:15 (22:15) Try Relocking

                       Could not find COMM IR

06:45 (22:45) Start Initial Alignment

                      Could not get past INPUT_ALIGN. After it failed several time Called for support

                      Just after speaking with Keita – INPUT_ALIGN offloaded successfully

07:32 (23:32) Complete Initial Alignment

07:33 (23:33) Try relocking
