Mid Shift Status: Another EQ Lockloss

I was prepping to run the H1 Calibration Sensor Measurements, and sure enough, received an EQ alert (5.8 or 6.4 off Chilean coast) minutes before I was going to begin the measurements!  Saw shaking effects on IMC & other signals, so went to EARTHQUAKE state fairly fast, but still we dropped out of lock surprisingly fast before the seismic peaks approached.  (L1 & Virgo are still UP).

For the last lock, noticed glitches on H1 around 25Hz beginning to pick up over the last few hours (paralleling increase in microseism over the same time span).  So I have taken the new SEI_DIFF node to DOWN.

Unfortunatly there was another one from Port Hardy Canada which probably helped a lot with this lock loss.

Very active lately that area!

Eyal:  Awww that explains getting knocked out before the R-Waves of the big one!  Why couldn't we have a nice quiet holiday!?  :)

H1 was having multiple issues with locking after this quake (tons of OMC saturations, trouble finding IR, etc. etc); and because of the issues from Jeff's & Niko's shifts, I'm going to restore the IMs to where they were before Jeff's big EQ last night (see Niko's Alog from last night).  Then will run an Initial Alignment (currently).

Stay Tuned!  (& Merry Christmas!)
