There seems to have been a corner station system wide crash. H1 had been locked for 34:08
- 12:07 Dave Barker returned the call for assistance (12:06)
- seems to be a dolphin network crash
- 12:12 I manually brought IMC and ISC_LOCK to Pause/offline or some state that would keep things from moving/hunting around
- not sure if anything was actually happening
