• 31-12-19 16:16 Unifirst here to change mats, he estimated 20 minutes, and this was accurate
• 31-12-19 17:02 Porta-Potty person,his estimate was for an hour to hour  to 1.5 hours max. 
  • I was still working on getting both arms to lock in green, so I let him in, and his work did not interfere with locking
• 31-12-19 18:11 18:11 UTC starting initial alignment
• 31-12-19 18:25 changed SEI config to useism_windy and Y arm locked, BRSY is rung up, changed it back to WINDY a few minutes later
• 31-12-19 18:42 started Initial Alignment
• 31-12-19 19:12 misalgined SRM to center SR2, needed 6urad in pitch
• 31-12-19 119:42 done with initial alignment though not complete moving on to locking whole IFO
  • MICH bright, SRY, and SQZ never locked, but aligned SRM and SR2, and went on to full locking
