SHIFT SUMMARY:  H1 is locking well, but not making it to NLN

LOG:

• alignment handed off from Ed has locked all day, only one adjustment
  • around 22:30UTC, I saw a pitch offset when locking DRMI
  • I ran guardian through the PRMI_ASC, which corrected most of the pitch
  • DRMI is locking well, some pitch is still visible, likely SRM
• I wrote a matlab script to check all SEI HEPI and ISI TRAMP setings
  • I confirmed that SPM values have been in use 7 days ago, and 14 days ago
  • all settings that I confirmed are accepted in SDF
• FSS has unlocked and been difficult to relock a couple times today
  • the first time was 18:35 to 19:06
  • Keita changed H1:PSL-FSS_TEMP_FIXEDRAMP_MIN from 0.3 to 0.35
  • this worked, I saved it in SDF
  • second time, 22:21 to 22:30, the traditional fix of toggling autolocker worked, eventually
