Unmonitoring additional SEIPROC channels
In order to bring SEI_DIFF to the FULL_DIFF_CPS state without knocking us out of Observing, I am unmonitoring the following channels from SEIPROC:
H1:ISI-DIFF_HAM3_CPS_X_GAIN
H1:ISI-DIFF_HAM4_CPS_Y_GAIN
H1:ISI-DIFF_BS_CPS_Y_GAIN
We successfully transferred to FULL_DIFF_CPS without going out of Observing after these changes were made.
