TITLE: 01/05 Eve Shift: 00:00-08:00 UTC (16:00-00:00 PST), all times posted in UTC
STATE of H1: Observing at 120Mpc
INCOMING OPERATOR: Jeff
SHIFT SUMMARY:

Nice quiet shift (minus the Mexico rumbler) with our lock just passing the 30hr mark.  Winds have cooperated with us and we have a nice flat ~120Mpc range for the last ~11hrs.
LOG:

• 4:46 EQ Alert:  5.9 from Mexico & it looked clearly in our EQ zone or bigger, so I immediately transitioned to the EARTHQUAKE state in the hopes we can ride through this quick-approaching event.

  • 448:  see on ASC & Tidal
  • 5:07:  seismic peak passes (1.5um/s!) & H1 survives!
  • 5:45:  Transition back to WINDY state.
