SHIFT SUMMARY: lockloss due to wind, relocked, lockloss due to wind and useism, Corey's relocking
LOG:

During relocking I used SEI in EARTHQUAKE mode to get the arms to lock and make it through CHECK_IR

• 00:38:27 - lockloss due to 60mph gust at the corner station
• 00:40:02 - SEI to MORE WINDY, arms having trouble staying locked
• 01:28:23 - SEI to EARTHQUAKE, which allowed the arms to lock and get through CHECK IR
• 01:44:39 - ISC_LOCK makes it to AQUIRE_DRMI_1F, and lost lock
• 02:00:11 - ISC_LOCK makes it to AQUIRE_DRMI_1F again
• 02:03:31 - SEI back to WINDY, in AQUIRE_DRMI_1F
• 02:05:25 - ISC_LOCK to AQUIRE_PRMI
• 02:08:20 - ISC_LOCK back to AQUIRE_DRMI_1F
• 02:47:51 - ISC_LOCK NOMINAL_LOW_NOISE

I was aware that the ground motion was effecting the H1 range (wind and useism), the SEI guildance was for WINDY.  From my earlier experience I was not sure that going to MORE_WINDY would save the lock, and actually thought that changing SEI in any way, in these conditions, would likely break the lock, so I let it play out in WINDY.

• 07:17:56 - lockloss due to wind and useism,
• 07:21:15 - tried SEI in MORE_WINDY
• 07:34:00 - transisitoned to USEISM-WINDY and arms locked and made it through CHECK_IR
• handed off to Corey

VIOLIN Mode gain changes in lscparams, saved and loaded:

• IX mode17, gain was 20, is now 120
• IX mode19, gain was 0, is now 20
  • both gain changes have been tested multiple times in lock and while moving from  ENGAGE_DC_VIOLINS to NLN
• EX mode9, gain was 0, is now -10
  • changes have been tested multiple times in lock
  • because it had not been damped for a while, I ran the gain at -20, which worked, but has not been fully tested
