(& a large dash of microseism)

• I have an ndscope of the End Corner stations set up near me.  End stations at 20mph  &  Corner atleast 30mph or higher.  In the last 10min the corner has dropped down to 20mph....so we'll see.  (we did make it to DARM TO RF for a lockloss (woo woo?).
• Microseism = ~0.9 um/s   (above 90th percentile!)
• Didn't think we needed it, but gave in and ran an (successful & fast) alignment, but this hasn't changed anything.
• Have toyed with SEI_CONF a little.  Went from WINDY to MORE WINDY, but this didn't improve things (in fact it made green arms locking worse).  Currently I'm giving USEISM_WINDY a try.
• NOTE:  BRSy has been in the DAMPING state for all of my shift (this makes the SEI_CONF's Nominal windy ORANGE.)
