QUICK SUMMARY:

• High microseism is most definitely causing a lot of "shelf" glitching between ~20 -60Hz
• GRD-SEI_DIFF is in FULL_DIFF_CPS. Corey assured me that Jim had made it known that this was an ok state to remain in under the current environmental conditions though resisting the urge to try to mitigate some of the lwo frequency noise.
• Winds do seem to be decreasing to ≈< 20mph for the moment
• The range is oscillating between 990 and 116Mpc
