The range had been trending downward over the last hour. The wind speeds have been waxing and waning but not as treacherously high as they had been. (just had a 45mph gust as I was typing -_-). uSeism has leveled off just at the 90%ile mark.
- winds are now sustained above 40mph at CS and some at MY
IMC/FSS became unlocked
- a few quickish tugs on the FSS Autolocker seems to have done the

I suppose this will serve as my mid-shift summary:

PRMI had caught a lock twice but it was weak and couldn't withstand environmental conditions
- environmental conditions are now such that winds are well above 40mph and I have switched SEI_CONF to USEISM_WINDY
- My intervention with PRMI did NOT include CHECK_MICH_FRINGES. Rather I paused at PRMI_LOCKED and hand-aligned the BS to a better PRMI power and then passed it to the ASC loops and the rest of the "show"
Currently, I'm waiting on DRMI to lock
