Updated vacuum medm screens, changed nuc22 FOM to use caQtDM
I increased the size of some of the labels on H0_VAC_SITE_OVERVIEW_CUSTOM.adl and committed the change to svn. I then regenerated all of the vacuum medm screens from svn. I then regenerated H0_VAC_SITE_OVERVIEW_CUSTOM.ui from H0_VAC_SITE_OVERVIEW_CUSTOM.adl and copied it to nuc22. I then changed the startup script for nuc22 to use caQtDM for the vacuum overview screen instead of medm.
