STATE of H1: Lock Acquisition

SHIFT SUMMARY:

Oooeee, It was a doozie of a shift+.  H1 was having issues locking from the middle of the EVE shift, and after seeing repetitivie locklosses at LOWNOISE_ASC, decided to back out some changes to ISC_DRMI (see the diary of grief over the night).  Toward the end of the shift, finally made it back to good ole OBSERVING.  (Just wish I could have gotten there sooner!)

GC wifi network issue arose at the end of the EVE shift; Richard has remedied this & we are good.
LOG:

• 8:00 - 11:13 Assessing situation with H1 & making first attempts at locking.
  • During this time I also investigated the GC wifi.
• 11:13 - 11:30 Initial Alignment
• 11:30 - 13:44 More failed lock attempts post-IA (Looked at ISC_DRMI.py script during some of these locks).
• 13:55 2nd (& final) LOAD of updated ISC_DRMI.py after the edits which were made.
• 14:01 - 14:39 1st attempt at locking post-BS/PR3-back-out & made it to NOMINAL LOW NOISE.
• ~14:20 (6:20amlocal) GC network wifi beginning to come back online (Richard M)
• 14:44 OBSERVING
• 14:46 GRB Long (confirmed to be long and ignored; talked with Danny at LLO)
• 15:27 Inspecting tumbleweed situation down to EX (Scott)
  • A few small blockages; will take Big Green out to clear them (for tomorrow's LN2 delivery) (Scott)
