H1 SEI

Just got smacked by an 7.7 EQ in the Cayman Islands

Seismon gave us about 20 minutes warning for a 7.7 eq in the Cayman Islands, so I had time to ponder what to do. Watching peakmon, when I saw the first jump of about 2000 nm/s I pushed the big red button, and that gave sufficient time for the the chamber guardians to take all of the ISIs down to damped and nothing tripped. HAM1 HEPI did for some reason several minutes later, maybe the higher gain loops with IPS/L4C blends makes that chamber more vulnerable? Worth looking at.

Waiting for Peakmon to stay below 1e4 nm/s  to start recovery now. Screwed up earlier and missed a zero on my trace (peakmon was staying below 1e5, too high), so HAM2, HAM5, ETMX and ITMY all tripped.
