Fast Lockloss with no obvious cause.
I waited 5 minutes with the FFS oscillating before toggling the auto locker- then IMC locked but unlocked straight away. Toggled autolocker again, same thing repeated and I went to DOWN on ISC_LOCK. I think we had the ISS diffracted power not at a steady value too, but the IMC locked before I toggled the ISS autolock. Thank you for the tips in Jason's alog 54467
At the time of this lockloss, the FFS started oscillating like I noted in alog 54711. Sadly the faster channels that Sheila and Dave made on Tuesday don't shed much more light on who is the chicken and who is the egg (lockloss vs FFS), see attached image of todays lockloss.

- 01:59 I manually requested X-arm to go to increase flashes as it was stuck at LOCKED_SLOW_WFS with power at 0.5 see attached image.
- The lockloss questionaire says that this has happened a couple of times (1/26/2020 3:59:55, 1/22/2020 23:52:59), maybe we could add a step that checks if the WFS have been offloaded after a certian amount of time, and if not, re-request I.F. tagging GRD

- Had the same rounding error ALS SDF diffs that Corey had (alog 54810), maybe Jenne's fix hasn't yet taken effect.

Re: increase flashes. Yeah something similar to that is the plan, but I need time to test which hopefully means this coming Tuesday.
