STATE of H1: Observing at 107Mpc

SHIFT SUMMARY: Have remained locked the entire shift, despite high winds. Taken out of observing twice by the squeezer. The first time oddly resulted in an SDF difference. The range has been declining quite significantly over the last couple of hours, despite the fact that the wind has been decreasing.

The SQZ_MANAGER node seems to say it is stalled.
I hit INIT on the SQZ_MANAGER node.
The SQZ_MANAGER guardian state makes it back to SQUEEZING.
There is an SDF difference. I accepted it.
