To follow up on the oscillations seen over the weekend, 54864 I measured OLGs of the OPO and green ISS loops, both of which seem OK.  The OPO loop gain could be reduced by 2 or 3dB to be on top of the phase bubble, but it shouldn't be oscillating as it is with 50 degrees of phase margin. 

In case this data is useful, SRCN0101.txt is the OPO loop amplitude, 102 is phase, SRCN0103.txt is for the ISS amplitude, 104 is ISS phase.
