J. Kissel I've gathered a full suite of sensing and actuation measurements today in hopes that adding a bit more PCAL systematic error free data will improve the GPR estimates in the on-going efforts to estimate the current uncertainty (see the story in LHO aLOG 55007). The IFO was operating nominally, at 38 W, with a 50 SRCL offset. We had *just* finished thermalization, having only re-acquired high powered nominal low noise ~2 hours prior. The data has been saved to the following directories, analysis to come. /ligo/svncommon/CalSVN/aligocalibration/trunk/Runs/O3/H1/Measurements/FullIFOSensingTFs/ 2020-02-10_H1_DARM_OLGTF_LF_SS_5to1100Hz_15min.xml 2020-02-10_H1_PCALY2DARMTF_LF_SS_5t1100Hz_10min.xml 2020-02-10_H1_PCALY2DARMTF_BB_3min.xml /ligo/svncommon/CalSVN/aligocalibration/trunk/Runs/O3/H1/Measurements/FullIFOActuationTFs 2020-02-10_H1SUSETMX_L1_iEXC2DARM_8min.xml 2020-02-10_H1SUSETMX_L1_PCAL2DARM_5min.xml 2020-02-10_H1SUSETMX_L2_iEXC2DARM_12min.xml 2020-02-10_H1SUSETMX_L2_PCAL2DARM_6min.xml 2020-02-10_H1SUSETMX_L3_iEXC2DARM_12min.xml 2020-02-10_H1SUSETMX_L3_PCAL2DARM_6min.xml Note -- I've made some efforts to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the PCAL broadband injection today. I've increased the excitation amplitude such that we get good coherence out to 450 Hz (where we used to only get up to 250 Hz), and I've added some amplitude below 50 Hz in order to get better data below 20 Hz. The later didn't succeed as well, but it's worth keeping this template for future use. You may also find a separate, further attempt to improve the low frequency SNR, in /ligo/svncommon/CalSVN/aligocalibration/trunk/Runs/O3/H1/Measurements/FullIFOSensingTFs/ 2020-02-11_H1_PCALY2DARMTF_BB_3min.xml but it's questionable whether the further mods were worth it.
