Systematic errors in time-dependent correction factors

Attached is a plot showing systematic errors of the actuator kappas (kappa_T, kappa_P, kappa_U) caused by approximations we use to estimate them.  These errors are induced by changes in the ratio of the time-dependent response function R(f_pcal1) / R(f_act_i), where f_pcal1 = 17.1 Hz is the frequency of the Pcal line that is close to the actuator lines, and f_act_i are the actuator lines (f_TST = 17.6 Hz, f_PUM = 16.4 Hz, f_UIM = 15.6 Hz).  The ratio R(f_pcal1) / R(f_act_i) is approximated as constant in the calculation of the actuator kappas.  The plot shows errors in the real and imaginary parts of kappa_TST, kappa_PUM, and kappa_UIM, as a function of kappa_TST and kappa_C, which have the most significant on them impact by far.  The model used to produce this data is described in LHO aLOG 54269.
