SHIFT SUMMARY: Been unlocked for nearly 4 hours, struggling with wind.  Handing off to Niko after initial alignment.
LOG:

• 20:16 Lockloss (see alog 55117)
  • Had a lot of locklosses during this acquisition with winds up to 45mph and a small EQ form Alaska.
  • Had 2 MC2 saturations just before locklosses.
• 22:52 Started initial alignment
• 23:11 Robert to EY to mark wind meter locations
• 23:11 IMC unlocked and FSS oscillating (during initial alignment) (during ALIGN_IFO state DOWN, INIT_ALIGN state PRC_ALIGNING). This is the forth time I have seen FSS oscillating during initial alignment, twice it seems to be when ALIGN_IFO is in DOWN state, but twice the  alog 54801 alog 54597 alog 54583 tagging PSL
  • waited 5 minutes, it didn't lock, so toggled the autolocker
• 23:40 Stuck in MICH_BRIGHT_ALIGNING for over 10 minutes so I tweaked the BS while watching H1:ASC-AS_A_DC_NSUM_OUT16 until ALIGN_IFO took over.
