SHIFT SUMMARY:

Rough recovery after the Maintenance Day with only ~1hr of observing and H1 still down due to the PSL's FSS.
LOG:

• 0:10 - 1:02 Initial Alignment
  • Had to touch up alignment for X&Y green arms by hand
  • PSL RefCav went into the pesky oscillating state again, and it took a good 15min to finally get the FSS to lock up (ended up turning off the ISS 1st Loop autolocker...eventhough the diffracted power looked fairly steady.  All of this comes from Jason's instructions back in January.)
• 0:33 VAC team's work at EX (Chandra)
• 0:56-1:08 Unplugging phone at EX (Gerardo)
• 0:58 Restarted Verbal for TJ
• 1:03 Locking begins
  • FSS Oscillations prevent IMC locking several times this afternoon/evening.
  • 5:20 Jenne finds issue with lsc params.  Reload ISC_LOCK & ISC_DRMI
    • 5:40Lockloss:  DARM TO DC READOUT
• 5:55 Turned off the new WIFI (to get rid of red on CDS Overveiw...with Dave's assistance).
• 6:34 Back To OBSERVING
• 7:36 LOCKLOSS & FSS not recovering.
