relocking SQZ, ring up preceded by a 2V change in PZT_1_VOLTS
Attached are 3 plots showing the change in voltage on the PZT, then SQZ rining up, and then relocking. The first relock was unchanged, second was a tiny bit better, and third caught and SQZ rang down. H1 out of Observe at 05:20:57UTC, and back in Observe at 05:33:45UTC.
