Quick Summary: The IFO was unlocked due to a mag 5.7 earthquake in Utah, followed by over 25 aftershocks coming over 1.5 hour period. The aftershocks continue. All the ITM ISI platforms had tripped. I reset these and has restarted the recovery locking.
