Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this morning at 17:00utc (10am local PDT), LIGO & Virgo suspended Observing for Observing Run #3.
Seconds after 17:00:00, Robert set off to continue Day 3 of PEM Injection work by venturing out to EY.
H1's been locked almost 60hrs.
