h1ecatc1 crashed 
The h1ecatc1 Beckhoff computer just crashed about 10 minutes ago. Logging in shows a dialog box saying that 'Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown'. I will leave it for the night.

This means the PSL environment channels are down again.

I ran the powershell script to start just the last set of IOCs (opcThird.ps1). These include the PSL environment channels.
