Today, Travis and I went into BSC1 and unlocked the new monolithic ITMy suspension after it's holiday hibernation. It is undamped and freely hanging with a pointing towards the optical lever port as we left it a couple weeks ago. (Still no controls, so watchdogs tripped.)
Kissel worked on staging all of the components and equipment for the violin measurements ofthe ITMY in the biergarten. Travis prepped some of the equipment setup in chamber at the ITMy.
We will likely start the violin mode measurements tomorrow since we need to remove the fiber guards and some safety trays, so are at a good stopping point for a fresh start tomorrow.
Forgot to mention that we also installed and course aligned the PUM stage OSEMs so we can get a measurement of the bounce and roll modes in order to tune and add some dampers.
Also, also, Kissel used the PAPR unit today, see attached pic of him showing off the new curves inside his suit.
