This morning instead of trying to lock the full IFO while we wait for a temperature transient to settle, we decided to try to lock the IMC to the Y arm.  The ALIGN_IFO guardian had all the Yarm locking states implemented but commented out, so it was easy to uncomment them.  We ran INITAL_ALIGNMENT on the y arm using green, including the ITMY green camera, which is our best alignment reference at the moment.  After this the guardian locked the IMC to the y arm without any fuss, and the WFS engaged smoothly to increase the build up to 0.92 (normalized) by feeding back to IM4 and PR2. 

We were locked in this configuration at 1299600589 for 5 minutes. I tried to adjust the BS alignment while PR2 and IM4 followed, but this didn't improve the build up.  We have the arm cavity unlocked and flashing starting at 1299601194 for 5 minutes, the ETM misaligned for 5 minutes starting at 1299601653, and the mode cleaner offline for dark offsets at 1299602349 for 5 minutes.
