The HEPI Pump Stations were not restarted after the outage.  They will not restart automatically at this time.
The fluid level relay box must be reset and the epics must be restarted manually.  Additionally, the Pump Station Controller VFD must be set to fwd/run to operate.  Once that is completed, the motors may be ramped up and the pressure servo engaged.
I did a 100% inspection of all lines.  Main line pressure is servoing at 28psi with the motor speed at ~2000/2048.
