As expected, the sum of the dewar's liquid hieght plus the vapor pressure (head pressure)  is now not enough so as to maintain CP7's level.  The temporary fix will be to adjust the economizer relief valve so as to increase the vapor pressure.  The long term fix will be to increase the existing undersized needle valve+jet to a pair such that the LLCV's nominal %open value will be closer to 50%
