We have finished assembling the HPDS P-SAMS ZM2, ZM4 and ZM5 suspension, as shown in the pictures attached below. After finishing the assembly, we suspended all the stages and did fine adjustment for height and pitch of the bottom mass (optic). Final alignment and balancing will be done chamber side.

Next, we will move these suspensions to the LVEA (near HAM7), attach BOSEMs chamber side, before installing it in HAM7.
