MC1 transfer functions ran last night before closing HAM2 chamber look very good.

Measurements can be found attached :

• "allhsts[...]" comparing M1 to M1 MC1 (HSTS) model, phase 3a LHO measurement (April 11th 2013) damping on, damping off, and LLO phase 3b (oct 2012) damping off
• "2013-04-11" comparing model and M1 to M1 transfer functions damping off, with cross couplings
• "2013-04-12" comparing model and M1 to M1 transfer functions damping on, with cross couplings
