We investigated the FC1 suspension (after seeing bad Tf results as shown in alog 57843 ) and found a couple of EQ stops faintly rubbing the upper mass. We released the EQ stops and re-adjusted the BOSEMs and then re-took the top to top transfer function measurements. The suspension (all metal) is in air sitting chamber side (near HAM3, connected to PR2) on an optical bench, without AOSEMs.
Attached below are the results for all 6 dof and they look fantastic and free of any rubbing.
Nice work!
That's good news!
TFs look fantastic, and great debugging!
These transfer functions were taken with PR2's in-air electronics chain. As such, in DTT, when taking these transfer functions, the channel names still come as PR2. However, in effort to preserve the history of the FC1 *suspensions* data, rather than what the channel name was at the time, I've moved the data that informs this set of plots from where they were saved in /ligo/svncommon/SusSVN/sus/trunk/HSTS/H1/PR2/SAGM1/Data/ to /ligo/svncommon/SusSVN/sus/trunk/HSTS/H1/FC1/SAGM1/Data/ 2021-01-29_1600_H1SUSFC1_M1_WhiteNoise_L_0p01to50Hz.xml 2021-01-29_1600_H1SUSFC1_M1_WhiteNoise_P_0p01to50Hz.xml 2021-01-29_1600_H1SUSFC1_M1_WhiteNoise_R_0p01to50Hz.xml 2021-01-29_1600_H1SUSFC1_M1_WhiteNoise_T_0p01to50Hz.xml 2021-01-29_1600_H1SUSFC1_M1_WhiteNoise_V_0p01to50Hz.xml 2021-01-29_1600_H1SUSFC1_M1_WhiteNoise_Y_0p01to50Hz.xml Similarly, the data was processed and saved by plotHSTS_dtttfs_M1.m, but put in the /ligo/svncommon/SusSVN/sus/trunk/HSTS/H1/PR2/SAGM1/Results/ folder. I've now moved it to /ligo/svncommon/SusSVN/sus/trunk/HSTS/H1/FC1/SAGM1/Results/ 2021-01-29_1600_H1SUSFC1_M1.mat Finally, I've updated the measurement list in /ligo/svncommon/SusSVN/sus/trunk/HSTS/Common/MatlabTools/ plotallhsts_tfs_M1.m to reflect this change.
Here're the plots from the processing of the "individual" data, which shows cross-coupling and EUL drive to OSEM basis response transfer functions that aren't shown in the multi-measurement comparison plots.
Thank you for continuing to clean up after us, Jeff.
