Updated H1TCSCS / HPDS_M2_MASTER Front End Model and MEDM Screens for Improved User Experience with PSAMS
J. Kissel

I've made the following changes to ZM2, ZM4, and ZM5's HPDS M2 bottom mass piezo PZT PSAMS system for improved usability, mostly like what was proposed in LHO aLOG 60418, but with further tweaks from the team and based on the reality of implementing the system.

- Reverted top_names moniker for filter banks from SUS to AWC at top level model, h1tcscs.mdl, so channels are now "H1:AWC-${OPTIC}_M2_${FUNCTION}"
        (committed userapps/tcs/h1/models/h1tcscs.mdl)
- Updated the library part HPDS_M2_MASTER.mdl, fixing channel name bugs and implemented requested user-friendly functionality outlined in LHO:60418
        (committed userapps/sus/common/models/HPDS_M2_MASTER.mdl)
- Dave installed the changes for me (a few times ... thanks Dave!)
- Updated MEDM Screens, see attached screenshot
        (committed sus/common/medm/hxds/SUS_CUST_HPDS_*.adl files)
for all ZMs in [ZM2, ZM4, ZM5]
    - Updated macro files to include TCS GDS TP information so we have a direct link to the filter file / DAC saturations / SDF file / etc
        (committed userapps/sus/common/medm/suszm*_overview_macro.txt files)
    - Installed calibration filters "to_DACV" = 1 / 10 = 0.1 in the SAMS bank, and "to_DACct" = 2^16/20 = 3276.8 in the PZTOUTF bank
        (committed userapps/tcs/h1/filterfiles/H1TCSCS.txt filter file)
    - Installed the equivalent -10V offset in H1:AWC-ZM4_M2_PZT_DRVR_OFFSET "manually" via command line. Intentionally didn't make this writable on the MEDM screen since it's a built in part of the PZT driver hardware.
    - Saved settings in h1tcscs_safe.snap
        (committed userapps/tcs/h1/burtfiles/h1tcscs_safe.snap)

Slider for control of PZT voltage now lives in the SAMS bank.

See screen-caps of functional MEDMs and the underlying simulink model.
