The temperature controller for the SHG on ISCT1 is now working.  

I had made a mistake in copying over the system manager from the test set up to the corner, which would be easy to repeat.  There are two inputs from the resistance measurement terminal, EL3692, there is SAI Inputs Channel 1 which has the status bits and something called value, which looks like the resistor value if you look at it in the online tab, but doesn't actually work, the one to use is under SAI Inputs Real Channel 1.
