Picomotor chassis for HAM7 and SQZT7 removed as not functioning correctly.

Today Sheila and Georgia removed the HAM7 and SQZT7 Picomotor chassis (located on top of SQZT7) and gave it to Fil and Daniel who are investigating it. It appeared that at least for some drivers the Yaw is functioning but not the Pitch control.

Daniel and Fil fixed/swapped this chassis and Georgia and I tested the HAM7 picomotors. These are currently accessed Sitemap > LSC > Picomotors through the Spare 2 medm rather than the nominal Squeezer HAM7 medm while Daniel fixes a slow controls issue. Tested Pit and Yaw for all HAM7 optics.

The names on the medm are not correct and should be changed to reflect the below list:

Daniel updated these names on the SQZ HAM7 picomotor medm screen and I added a note to the cabling document D1900278.
