WP#10202 TCS CO2Y Mask changed from arrow to annular - alignment not checked. 

TJ and I powered on the TCS CO2X laser via Mechanical room mezzanine, chassis and medm.  We had 40W measured by the laser but the rotation stage was non-responsive and dumping all power in the water cooled beam dump. We swapped the arrow mask that was there for the annular mask without changing position of flipper. Now there is the nominal annular and central masks installed. We checked that lowering/raising these via Guardian worked. Photo attached. 

Will still need to check the rotation stage works at some point. It is possible Beckhoff has frozen and could try powering off and on.

Left the laser powered off but chassis power supply in the mezzanine left on.
