Notes about how to start locking in the morning if commissioners haven't started.
If green arms aren't locked, can try moving ETM and TMS around to get and increase flashes and going back to around previous known alignment on the alignment sliders. Note when everything (ITM, ETM, TMS's) are aligned you should see a dim transmitted light on the ALS camera that is the beam that isn't resonant in the cavity. If there is still no main ALS beam can be seen on the ALS camera, run the Dither Baffle Align scripts. These are ran from th ASC > INIT ALIGN screen. Must be done in order:
After these both finish, you should align ETM and get a green beam on ALS camera. Use small alignment tweaks to increase flashes.
After green arms are locked, can use ALIGN_IFO GRD can go though some initial alignment by running states INPUT_ALIGN_OFFLOADED, PRC_ALIGN_OFFLOADED, MICH_DARK_OFFLOADED, SRC_ALIGN_OFFLOADED. Do not use the INITIAL_ALIGNMENT GRD for now as the green camera is not yet aligned so this will get stuck.
Georgia noted that the dither align scripts cannot be run if the ALS GRDs are in INCREASE_FLASHES. This is due to increase flashes and baffle align scripts using test offsets. ISC_LOCK should be in DOWN when running baffle align scripts to prevent this.
