This work was for ECR E2100526.

This was on work permit #10302.

We added the infrastructure for a cross correlation calculation in the l1calcs model, between MICH CTRL and DARM ERR, as well as SRCL CTRL and DARM ERR.

This was installed at LLO, see LLO alog: 54921.

We have added a initial medm screen, but not filled in any foton filters or gains.  The screen is accessed from sitemap, CAL->MICH SRCL XCORR.

All files were checked into SVN.

There was a need to merge H1 and L1, and L1 will need to pull and terminate 3 NOWHITEN outputs at the top level.
