Green locking this AM. ALS Y arm WFS unstable. SR3 hops again.

After slightly touching up X and Y ETMs and TMSs we locked green arms with ETM_WFS_OFFLOADED and then GREEN_WFS_OFFLOADED. Both states ran fine. This might be the first time successfully using the GREEN_WFS state which uses the cameras!
After Y green WFS offloaded (while we were waiting for X) the Y ALS WFS DOF1_Y started to look unstable. See attached. We continued locking but could revisit this later.
Then made our way through initial alignment using ALIGN_IFO states: INPUT_ALIGN_OFFLOADED, PRC_ALIGN_OFFLOADED, MICH_DARK_LOCKED (touched BS), DOWN, SRC_ALIGN_OFFLOADED. Before SRC alignment we noticed that SR3 had hopped again (alog 62154) so realigned to yesterdays oplev values. SRY was unexpectedly dropping lock, Varun/Austin/Sheila took over.
