HWS vertex, no further alignment done but ITMY RH test tonight with ALS shuttered

TJ, Camilla. As discussed in alog 62183 we removed the green filter from HWSY CCD and tonight @2am will run a 3 hour 0.5W ITMY ring heater test with ALS shuttered. This will show us if the unexpected lines are from dust on the green filters or not. On zotws17: python3 /opt/rtcds/userapps/release/tcs/common/scripts/power_adj_scripts/ring_heater_schedule_shutterALS.py ITMY -s  1331370018 -d 3 -p 0.5

We top gunned all 3 filterers, installed the cleanest onto the HWSX CCD. The two others should be cleaned.

We did not get to aligning the HWSX due to the h1iopsusex computer being down.

See attached plots from the ITMY ring heater tests with the HWSY CCD camera's green filter off. We can see the noisy lines / spots are still present so are not caused by a dirty green filter (photo). The spherical power (plot) has noise of around +/-100 e-6: extremely high compared to the values we had last year of +/- 4 e-6 alog 58815. In the past (44447) this has been improved by replacing the CCD camera though the amount of noise seems that something else is wrong. Plan to take new references tonight with ALS shuttered and then repeat a ring heater test.

The spherical power from a RH test should be negative. This measurement looks positive. We should look carefully at what is going on here.
