I measured the transmission of the fiber at end Y:
coming out of fiber 35 uW
1.5uW towards trans PD
19uW in the wrong polarization
8 uW towards beamsplitter

It looks like we need to use the polarization adjuster box to fix this.  I will put a calibrtion of the PDs into the PLC.
